Christie's International Real Estate Costa Rica markets exceptional properties under one of the most trusted names in luxury. At this level, presentation is the sale. Villa Mariposa, a modernist home set into the jungle above the bay, needed media as considered as the architecture itself, not a standard listing reel.

We produced the content and video to meet that standard. Aerial cinematography traces the villa through the canopy, the infinity pool meeting the ocean line, the coast opening out beyond. The film captures the home the way a buyer feels it in person: the space, the light, the setting, the life it offers, with a presence worthy of both the Christie's name and the property's price.
