Casa Ines is an indoor-outdoor home in Santa Teresa, built around a covered living space that opens straight onto the pool and garden. A property that lives this seamlessly is hard to capture in stills alone. It needed a format that lets a buyer move through it, not just look at it.
We produced an immersive Matterport 3D tour with photography and video built directly into the experience. Visitors walk the home at their own pace, from the open living pavilion to the poolside loungers, with imagery and film placed throughout to bring each space to life. The full tour was shot, built, and delivered in one week.
The tour has drawn more than 2,000 views in its first six months, putting the property in front of a steady stream of qualified, self-directed buyers. By letting people experience the home remotely, the 3D walkthrough extends the listing's reach far beyond what a gallery of photos can hold.
